Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped after full payment is received. Shipment is every week basis from USA to Melaka. Expected time arrival is 3 to 4 weeks from the shipment date.
Local pickup
Curb side pickup is available from Mon to Fri, daily from 10am to 4.30pm with prior written request no less than 48 hours from the pickup date
State and nationwide
We use the cheapest from J&T standard rate or upon written request other local carrier like Ninjavan or Poslaju.
International
We use the standard shipping partner from J&T or other carrier upon written request.
Delays, damaged or stolen during shipment
- Shipping delays, please contact us in writing, so we can help resolve by contacting the shipping company.
- Please notify us in writing with pictures and/or video if the products get damaged during shipping
- Please notify us in writing if you believe the packages get stolen after delivery. We will file a claim with the shipper. The claim is subject to the shipper claim policy and procedures.
Deposit & Payments
- Deposit minimum of RM200 is required for each order, no exception, non refundable.
- Accepted payment method is via bank transfer. Provide the payment receipt in writing either in pdf., jpeg, or screenshot
- Full payment is due, two months after the order date (live or off-live). Otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. Items will be open for sale.
